Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Team Leader to inspire and guide our sales team. In this role, you'll develop effective sales strategies, monitor team performance, and provide coaching to drive results. You'll also prepare insightful sales reports for management, build strong client relationships, and analyze market trends to identify opportunities. Your leadership will be crucial in navigating challenges and fostering a collaborative team environment.
Location: Cebu Business Park, Cebu City
Responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate the team
• Develop and implement strategies
• Prepare regular reports for management, highlighting performance metrics, challenges, and opportunities
• Monitor team performance against goals, providing feedback and coaching to improve results
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities
• Manage and resolve issues and challenges faced by the team

Qualifications

• At least 2 years leadership experience
• Good understanding of KPIs and targets
• Excellent verbal and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications especially Microsoft Excel
• Willing to work night shift and flexible hours
• Can work on-site and start ASAP
