Team Leader
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Team Leader to inspire and guide our sales team. In this role, you'll develop effective sales strategies, monitor team performance, and provide coaching to drive results. Responsibilities
- Supervise and motivate the team
- Develop and implement strategies
- Prepare regular reports for management, highlighting performance metrics, challenges, and opportunities
- Monitor team performance against goals, providing feedback and coaching to improve results
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities
- Manage and resolve issues and challenges faced by the team
- At least 2 years leadership experience
- Good understanding of KPIs and targets
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications especially Microsoft Excel
- Willing to work night shift and flexible hours
- Can work on-site and start ASAP
