JOB DESCRIPTION PER POSITION
EVENTS MARKETING COORDINATOR

• Oversees marketing initiative within the assigned area and is the key point of contract between the central office and local operations.
• Effectively implements strategies that boosts activations, registrations, and first deposits.
• Better have the ability to hire a team from specialist sales, promoter, and part-time to promote the brand.
• Have effective training skill and lead the team to hit their targets.
• Monitor the use of marketing budgets, ensuring cost effective allocation of resources.
• Have ability to work and control KPI of the whole team.
• Flexible in handling team concerns and report to supervisor on time.

EVENTS MARKETING SPECIALIST

• Establish and maintain collaborative partnership with local government or barangays and/or any organization to leverage their events as marketing opportunities for our brand
• Shall work closely with barangay officials and event organizers to identify suitable events aligned with our target audience.
• Shall assist in coordinating sponsorship agreement, promotional activities, and brand presence at barangay events.
• Shall focus on recruiting and managing a team of brand ambassadors who will actively engage with potential customers to register and participate in our service.
