What You Will Do
In this role, you will be tasked with supporting the delivery of various Events for Nasdaq’s Investment Intelligence team.

Day to day planning of flagship events, conferences, seminars/briefings and round tables

Responsible for logistics management as well as post event re-caps with stakeholders

Take part in the strategic planning of events together with the Marketing team and ensure these are in line with the overall business strategy

Support planning and execution of major events including but not limited to master site planning and execution, venue and facility management, vendor management, production, budgeting, and logistical planning and execution

Provide administrative support including meeting scheduling and managing follow ups

Assist with budget, invoice, billing and contract tracking/management for events

Conduct research on venues, vendors, logistics and technology, as needed
What We Expect

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English or a related field
-
At least three (3) years of proven event planning expertise from ideation and strategic planning to flawless execution of events

Excellent stakeholder relationship management abilities both internal and external

Ability to work under pressure and manage shifting priorities, working independently as well as in a team

Adapt to an ever changing environment in the event planning sphere

Excellent communication skills
-
Amenable to work in the night shift (9pm-6am)
