Proven expertise in data analysis with track record of delivering results in prior experience
Exceptional ability to lead workstream independently and manage time effectively, prioritizing projects to meet stringent deadlines
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, demonstrating the capability to create intricate pivot tables, graphs, and charts
Power Bi Capabilities include data modeling skills, familiarity with the Power Bi Desktop application, experience building dashboards within Power Bi using multiple data sets in Excel, SQL knowledge, Power Query skills, Data Analysis Expressions (Dax), database concepts (relationships between tables and queries)
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex data to colleagues
Keen attention to detail, recognizing the importance of small details that could impact results
In-depth understanding of business operations, objectives, strategies, processes, and information flow

Fluency in English, both spoken and written

Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee the generation and download of pre-populated reports from practice management software
Lead the distribution of daily task lists across multiple service lines
Responsible for the regular maintenance and updating of Power BI reports and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and relevance on a weekly and monthly basis, and adapting to evolving business needs.
Drive the generation of marketing campaign lists and actively maintain the database
Spearhead data cleanups and meticulously documented processes
Investigate and resolve data discrepancies in a timely manner, presenting findings to the management team
Take charge of maintaining databases, ensuring updates are performed as necessary for accuracy
Uphold customer confidence and protect operations by maintaining the confidentiality of information
Play a key role in assisting with and leading special projects as required
Candidates for this position must be willing to commute to our office located in Clark, Philippines. Over time there may be an option for hybrid work from home.
