**Job Title: Sales Executive - Health Insurance** **Location:** Yaba, Lagos **Job Summary:** We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team in Yaba. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building client relationships, and promoting our health insurance products. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the health insurance market. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects. - Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs and competitive landscape. - Present and explain health insurance products and services to potential clients. - Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics. - Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations and proposals. - Collaborate with the marketing team to implement sales strategies and campaigns. - Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process. - Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system. - Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector. - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients. - Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. - Knowledge of health insurance products is a plus.
