Sales Account Executive

The ideal candidate will be an experienced sales person who is comfortable generating sales lead with new clients and maintaining relationships with existing ones. This candidate will be able to understand a prospective client's needs and offer an ideal solution. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and have a positive track record of exceeding outlined goals.
Minimum Job requirements:
· Education/Certifications: BSc in Business Administration, International Relations, Social Sciences or any related discipline
· Experience: 2 - 5 years’ work experience in related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to set goals and achieve them
  • Understanding of sales process
  • Experience in account management
· Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of operating standard office equipment.
· Excellent verbal communication, presentation, negotiation, command of English and management skills.
· Good writing skills for drafting cover letters and emails
· Excellent Research & Feedback skills.
· Excellent use of initiative and proactive approach in delivering tasks.
· Problem-solving attitude.
· A customer-oriented attitude.
· Ability to work well with a team.
· Effective coordination skills.
· Passion to Learn and Grow
Responsibilities:
  • Identify and target sales lead
  • Convert leads into prospects and functional/productive accounts
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Meet and exceed sales quotas/targets
  • Prospect clients (Corporate, Government, other Organisations) and understand their needs
  • Budget and allocate resources efficiently to maximize outcomes
  • Manage key accounts
  • Act as the point of contact for clients
  • Organize regular client meetings to discuss their requirements and present your offer
  • Resolve problems and handle complaints in a timely manner
  • Identify new potential customers
  • Supervise sales account representatives
  • Stay up-to-date with new features and product offers
  • Monitor and report on sales performance analytics
  • Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦100,000.00 - ₦200,000.00 per month
