Job Summary: We're seeking an experienced, skilled, and charismatic Bartender/Mixologist to join our team! As a Bartender/Mixologist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, crafting innovative cocktails, and maintaining a clean and efficient bar environment. Key Responsibilities: Customer Service: 1. Greet and serve guests in a friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable manner. 2. Take orders, serve drinks, and manage cash/credit transactions accurately. 3. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly. Mixology: 1. Prepare and serve classic and signature cocktails, beer, and wine. 2. Develop and implement new cocktail recipes and menus. 3. Maintain knowledge of spirits, beers, and wines, including trends and pairing options. Bar Operations: 1. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area. 2. Manage inventory, order supplies, and monitor par levels. 3. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Team Collaboration: 1. Work collaboratively with servers, hosts/hostesses, and kitchen staff. 2. Participate in pre-shift meetings and contribute to team discussions. 3. Assist with events, promotions, and special functions. Requirements: Education/Experience: - 2+ years of bartending experience in a high-volume establishment. - Mixology certification preferred. - High school diploma or equivalent. Skills: - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. - Knowledge of spirits, beers, wines, and cocktail preparation methods. - Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain attention to detail. - Basic math skills and accuracy with cash handling.
