Sage 300 ERP Manager
ACDC Dynamics a leading manufacturer, importer and distributor of quality products in the electrical, electronics, pumps, and tools industry.
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
The Sage 300 ERP Manager will oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the Sage 300 ERP system. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and extensive experience in ERP management. The ideal candidate will ensure that our ERP solutions align with business objectives and enhance operational efficiency.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- ERP Management:

- Management of Sage 300 ERP, ensuring alignment with business processes.
- Manage system upgrades and patches, coordinating with IT and external vendors as needed.
- Data migration, testing, and user training.
- System Optimization:

- Continuously assess the effectiveness of the ERP system and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement best practices for system use and data management.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Team Leadership:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and provide ERP solutions.
- Reporting and Analytics:

- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for management to inform decision-making.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Stakeholder Communication:

- Act as the primary point of contact for all ERP-related inquiries and support.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project status.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing Sage 300 ERP implementations and operations.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and business processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certification in Sage 300 ERP.
- Experience with project management methodologies.
- Familiarity with other ERP systems and business intelligence tools.
