We are hiring relationship officers who will be responsible for generating sales leads, convert prospects into customers and provide exceptional customer service via outbound and inbound calls and achieving growth in both asset creation and liability generation. Role and Responsibilities Business Development
Generate sales leads and convert prospects into customer to expand Koins MFBank's Personal
Banking portfolio.
Build relationships with existing customers to upsell/cross-sell products/service via phone,
email or chat
Position the bank as the leading choice in the market by effectively communicating our value
proposition. Customer Needs Identification
Proactively identify the needs of potential and existing customers.
Offer appropriate financial services and products tailored to their needs.
Market Research and Analysis
Conduct research and analyze data to identify and define the target audience.
Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, demographics, and other factors
affecting marketing strategies. Asset and Liability Management
Create quality risk assets and meet defined targets in asset creation and liability generation.
Customer Service
Deliver quality customer service by promptly responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
Reporting
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on marketing activities, including performance reviews.
Analyze and report on personal banking activities to inform strategy and improve performance.
Collaboration and Support
Collaborate with the team to achieve collective goals and objectives.
Support the Team Lead, Business Manager, or Head of Personal Banking in executing business
strategies and initiatives. Additional Duties
Perform other duties as may be assigned by the Team Lead, Business Manager, or Head, Personal
Banking.
Drive growth in Current Account Savings Account (CASA).
Qualifications and Education Requirements
A minimum of a Higher National Diploma/ Bachelor's in any field
Preferred Knowledge
Knowledge of Microfinance Principles
Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques
Basic computer skills
Knowledge of Financial Regulations
Knowledge of Compliance
Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Stress Management/Knowledge of Health and Wellness
