We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Position: Relationship Manager Job Location: Lagos Responsibilities
Assist in the development and implementation Of the Group's strategy and budget
Maintain client base and engage new clients on an ongoing basis.
Champion the sale Of products to customers
Maintain a comprehensive database Of existing relationships/prospects.
Analyze existing and prospective client's financial/investment profile and recommend the most suitable products to fit their needs in accordance with their risk appetite.
Track client's investments and give proactive suggestions to enhance the portfolio performance on a regular basis.
Proactively seek to determine customer needs and liaise with the relevant functions to meet the needs.
Identify new prospects and help develop a robust sales pipeline
Create pitch books and briefing materials for sales meetings
Requirements
A B.Sc. or HND in relevant discipline
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Financial Services Industry particularly in a Sales Role.
Strong understanding of debt recovery techniques and strategies in a financial services environment.
Ability to negotiate repayment terms that are favourable to the organization While maintaining client relationships.
Strong entrepreneurial, excellent marketing negotiating and relationship management skills.
Familiarity with laws and regulations related to debt recovery, financial.
