The Relationship Management Executive (RME) / Relationship Manager (RM) / Business Development/Business Manger (BM) will be expected to initiate,maintain, and deepen new/existing business relationships as a primary core function. As an everyday field-based employee, he/she is equally expected to perform a daily field function known and referred to as prospecting targetedindividuals profiled to match our company’s prospective clients.s. This will involve speaking (face-to-face, telephone, virtually, etc.) to a specified minimum number of interested profile matched individuals with a prime objective of obtaining their names and contact details that will be employed by the Business Development Team to follow-up and expectedly convert into clients. Oftentimes, the interest in our other products may come from existing Clients. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ● Plan and execute daily field sales calls ● Ensure every client is contacted at least once a month via phone, visit, email etc. ● Ensure every client is visited and seen at least once every quarter ● Ensure relevant renewal notices are sent to clients in a timely manner for time-tenured documents ● Facilitate timely, consistent and proactive support for the provision and prompt delivery of policy documents, and any other relevant document, payment receipts and other customer related documents. ● Maintain good relationships with clients. ● Resolve queries and enquiries from both existing and prospective clients ● Facilitate the provision of product quotes to prospect Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ₦450,000.00 per month Education:
