A Business Manager (BM) will be expected to initiate, maintain, and deepen new/existing business relationships as a primary core function. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, developing strategic plans, managing budgets, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in financial sector, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of branch operations, driving business growth, and ensuring excellent customer service. This will involve speaking (face-to-face, telephone, virtually, etc.) to a specified minimum number of profile- matched, interested individuals with a prime objective of making them invest in our financial services. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and manage branch staff, fostering a positive work environment.
Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and business growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Manage branch budgets, financial performance, and profitability.
Ensure high standards of customer service and address any issues promptly.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
Minimum of 10 years of Proven experience in a managerial role, financial institution, preferably in a branch setting.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage financial performance and drive sales growth.
Proficiency in MS Office and branch management software.
