We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Wealth Manager to join Koins Bank. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in senior deposit mobilization roles and a proven track record in handling High Net-Worth Individuals (HNI) clients. The Wealth Manager will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving deposit mobilization targets. Key Responsibilities:
Drive deposit mobilization efforts with a monthly target of a minimum of ₦500 million.
Develop and implement strategies to generate business leads and secure new opportunities, particularly in the High Net-Worth (HNI) segment.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with HNI clients, offering tailored financial solutions to meet their needs.
Manage client-related issues effectively, providing timely and appropriate solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Utilize in-depth market knowledge to offer informed advice and promote Koins Bank’s wealth management products.
Present comprehensive product information to clients, ensuring a sophisticated and professional level of communication.
Demonstrate exceptional strategic thinking and planning abilities to meet business objectives.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Ensure adherence to all regulatory and compliance standards while managing client portfolios.

Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in a senior deposit mobilization role, with a focus on HNI clients.
Proven and verifiable track record of performance in wealth management or deposit mobilization.
Strong communication and presentation skills with a professional demeanor.
Excellent relationship and people management skills, with the ability to handle complex client issues.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of financial products and market trends.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Certifications in Wealth Management or relevant financial services (e.g., CFA, CISI) are an added advantage.
