Responsibilities

Conduct interviews, security checks, and onboarding processes for new staff.
Ensure all staff have up-to-date, complete, and accurate documentation.
Conduct regular audits to verify staff documents and information.
Perform impromptu onsite inspections to ensure excellent service delivery.
Develop, implement, and enforce Standard Operating Processes (SOPs) for staff.
Design and deliver soft skills and technical training programs for staff.
Establish service guidelines to ensure staff provide excellent customer service.
Develop and maintain feedback mechanisms from clients.
Design and implement a performance appraisal system for staff and client satisfaction.
Manage social media platforms, creating engaging content and ensuring consistent customer interaction.
Identify and focus on specialized areas within the industry to enhance expertise.
Basic Requirements

Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 monthly.
