As the HR Operations Executive, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of HR operations and contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, processes, and systems
Support manpower planning and drive the recruiting strategy for the company, while ensuring the retention of critical talent and high performers.
Your expertise in HR operations will be instrumental in maintaining compliance, improving efficiency, and supporting the overall employee experience
Oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including on-boarding, off-boarding, benefit & compensation administration, and employee records management
Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status
Update internal databases with new hire information
Implement best practices to enhance the overall employee experience
Create and execute learning strategies and programs
Evaluate individual and organizational development needs
Support payroll management
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to benefits.
Partner with HR team members to conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and legal requirements
Prepare for and participate in external audits when necessary
Design an employee engagement strategies
Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation
Help managers develop their team members through career pathing
Track budgets and negotiate contracts, if required
Monitor budgets by department
Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance
Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law
Who you are
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
7-8 years HR operations experience
ACIPM or similar professional certification(s) a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
Thorough knowledge of HR procedures, policies, employment-related laws and regulations
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Proficiency with various HRIS systems
