Job Purpose To support the group strategy execution delivery by providing and analysing data, conducting research, and developing recommendations to achieve the Group objectives. Core Responsibilities and Key Result Areas
Conduct relevant financial analysis on the Group (modeling, valuations, etc.) compare with competition, and draw appropriate and compelling conclusions.
Build multi-years strategic financial models for the group.
Execute daily transactions (preparation, documentation and closing),
Develop pitches, teasers and committee documents for mergers and acquisitions opportunities.
Provide operational insights to achieve key performance indicators.
Provide information on market conditions to management on interest rates, share price of FC and its competitors, etc.
Observing competitors’ products and marketing strategies to identify opportunities for new products or services.
Monitoring and reporting on strategic projects

Job Specifications Educational Requirements Professional Requirements Experience Requirements Bachelor’s degree in economics, Finance, Business, Engineering or related field Membership of the ACCA, CFA, ACA or any other related professional qualification is required. -Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar role or in a strategy related role. -Experience in a Consulting firm in a similar role is an asset Working Conditions Jobholder typically work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, although some roles may involve weekend or evening work.
