- Engage with clients and prospects to provide outstanding customer service.
- Assist with inquiries regarding our properties, services, and processes.
- Identify and develop sales opportunities through customer interactions.
- Guide potential buyers through the sales process, from inquiries to purchase.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Proven experience in customer service and sales (real estate experience is a plus).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Proactive and driven by sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
