Service Delivery Executive
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of services for clients across multiple companies.
- Ensure that service agreements, SLAs, and KPIs are consistently met or exceeded.
- Manage and optimize resource allocation, ensuring the right resources are deployed to the right tasks.
- Coordinate service delivery teams across various locations, ensuring consistent communication and collaboration.
- Ensure timely, efficient, and cost-effective delivery of services to all clients.
- Monitor resource performance and adjust strategies as necessary to improve efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategies for resource optimization and improvement.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring that their service needs are understood and met.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
- Ensure that teams are aligned with company goals and adhere to best practices and processes.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve issues and implement service improvements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at multiple companies, ensuring satisfaction with service delivery.
- Address client issues or concerns in a timely manner and provide effective solutions.
- Conduct regular service reviews with clients to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Identify opportunities to improve service delivery processes and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Monitor service delivery performance metrics and generate regular reports for senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Operations Management, or a related field.
- ITIL certification or experience in service management.
- Project Management certification (PMP or Agile)
- Proven experience in a service delivery, operations, or resource management role, preferably managing services for multiple companies.
- Experience managing services in an outsourced or multi-company environment.
- Strong understanding of service delivery frameworks and methodologies (ITIL, SLA management, etc.).
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with experience in managing cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in resource management and project management tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with experience managing client relationships.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing client needs and service requirements.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦300,000.00 per month
