To support our expansion, we are currently looking for outstanding candidates interested in using Technology to proffer property and facility maintenance solutions to our clients. SUMMARY OF KEY RESPONSIBILITIES · Develop and implement an operational plan in line with the scope of work and client expectations. · Perform MBWA - Manage by walking around to identify gaps in our service delivery and make recommendations for improvement. · Supervise the maintenance of all critical systems and assets on the site. · Responsible for daily inspection and supervision . Must know how to drive and possess a valid driver's licence. · Promptly attend to the correction of maintenance issues or emergencies that relate to the site. · Monitor utility usage and make recommendation for adjustments in usage patterns to minimize costs. · Ensure facilities condition audit is conducted periodically and report forwarded to client. · Provide appropriate level of FM consultancy and advisory services to client and supervise all other maintenance or reconfiguration activities on the site REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION · BSc/BA in facility management, engineering, business administration or relevant field. · Above 2 years experience as facilities manager or relevant position. · Experience managing residential buildings, high-rise buildings and HNI (High Net-worth Individuals. · Well-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices · Excellent verbal and written communication skills. · Excellent organizational and leadership skills · A relevant professional qualification (e.g. CFM) will be an advantage.
