Site Administrator
Join our vibrant team at Asure Quality's Lynfield Food Testing Laboratory, the largest of its kind in Australasia, where we urgently require an energetic Site Administrator.
This is not your ordinary administrative role. You'll be immersed in a dynamic environment, juggling exciting administrative and procurement tasks vital for the smooth operation of our Food Testing division.
Responsibilities include:
We're looking for a self-starter with a high degree of autonomy, able to think quickly and work meticulously. Superior communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft applications are a must.
This role is an excellent opportunity for those who thrive in a busy, diverse environment. Previous experience in a large commercial laboratory operation is advantageous but not essential.

- Efficiently managing electronic meeting room bookings and visitor parking
- Overseeing pool car bookings and office mail distribution
- Arranging catering as necessary and managing staff lockers
- Handling electronic filing and creating working documents
- Welcoming visitors and contractors with warmth and professionalism
- Purchasing of office essentials like kitchen supplies, stationery, and cleaning supplies
- Assisting with invoice cost coding
- Processing purchase orders in Tech One
