Site Manager
In this role, you will lead and manage projects within a mid-size commercial and education division from start to finish. This includes handling tender interviews, issuing contracts, negotiating with subcontractors, and working with your site teams to ensure each project is delivered to the highest standards. Your focus will be on completing projects on time, within budget, with zero defects, and achieving a level of client satisfaction that you can be 100% proud of.

What you will need:
- A good sense of humour
- Carpenter trade qualification
- 7 years' experience in the NZ building environment
- Awesome communication skills
- The ability to understand, monitor and ensure contractual obligations are met.
- A detailed understanding of relevant NZ legislation and industry compliance standards
- An excellent understanding of site safety planning and implementation
- An ability to integrate into a high-performing team with an enviable record of successful delivery
- The ability to multitask at a number of levels
- Pass a pre-employment medical with drug test
- Embedding a Health and Safety Culture
- No MOJ record for 5 years
- NZ resident or NZ work visa
