We are looking for an experienced Site Traffic Management Supervisor to join the Fulton Hogan team in Gisborne! In this role, you’ll see yourself responsible for a variety of traffic management duties and tasks for all Fulton Hogan departments in the region, as well as external clients. It is no longer just about the lolly pop sign; traffic management has made huge advances in how it is done, and we are offering good work and career progression.
In addition to the above you will:

Complete site setups

Mentor fellow workmates with TTM

Manage multiple TTM sites

Manage resources, including people and TTM equipment

We’re looking for someone with:
-
Minimum Class 1 full licence but class 2 would be preferable
-
Must have Level 1 STMS qualification with a minimum of 1 years’ experience working within traffic management
-
Ability to lead set up of temporary sites to provide a safe work environment for workers and the Public alike
-
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clear expectations to your team with regards to TTM
-
Accountability for resources, including people management and supply allocation
-
Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with the relevant job and work instruction

Attention to detail alongside reactive and sharp problem solving skills

Ability to use IT devices, i Pad/i Phone

Take personal responsibility for the safety of your workmates, the environment, public and yourself
