Duties and Responsibilities:
The waiter/waitress is responsible for greeting customers and taking orders, understanding the host responsibility policy, being well-groomed, and coordinating with kitchen staff to ensure the orders are prepared in a smooth manner. The specific task includes;
Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities:
The waiter/waitress is responsible for greeting customers and taking orders, understanding the host responsibility policy, being well-groomed, and coordinating with kitchen staff to ensure the orders are prepared in a smooth manner. The specific task includes;
- Providing excellent wait service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Taking customer orders and delivering food and beverages
- Making menu recommendations, answering questions and sharing additional information with restaurant patrons.
- Making coffee, Tea
- Sound knowledge of alcohol and experience in making cocktails will be an added advantage.
- Sound Knowledge of the liquor law and willingness to learn the host responsibility policy and follow them rigorously.
- Maintaining stringent operating standards and procedures;
- Maintaining the front of house area in a clean, hygienic, and organized manner in compliance with relevant health codes;
- Assisting management in the inventory and ordering of supplies;
- Liaising with kitchen staff at all times to ensure smooth service;
- Set up and stock the drinks with all the necessary supplies.
- Answer, report and follow customer and chef’s instructions.
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with co-workers and customers;
- Ability to work swiftly and efficiently in a calm mature manner;
- Full time, Min-30 hrs per week, Monday – Sunday (Rostered)
- Under normal circumstances, you will be entitled to at least 1 day a week off.
- You will work overtime when the employer reasonably requires it.
Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
