Based from our offices in Ellerslie, Auckland - we have a new opportunity to join our busy Accounts Payable team. The position is available from 18th November.
The main purpose of this role is to effectively manage the Accounts Payable inbox to ensure the accurate, efficient and timely payment of invoices received.

The main purpose of this role is to effectively manage the Accounts Payable inbox to ensure the accurate, efficient and timely payment of invoices received.
- Provide an elevated level of seamless, efficient customer service to Regional and National Headquarters, Area Committee’s, Managers, and staff.
- Ensure the accurate and timely payment of Creditors and maintain excellent relationships with suppliers.
- Respond to enquiries from staff and vendors and resolve any queries.
Qualifications
Ko wai koe - About you:
To be successful in the role, you will have:
- Previous experience in accounts payable or finance administration, managing high volumes.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft products - particularly Outlook
