We have an exciting opportunity available to join our Albany, Auckland based Support Centre on a permanent basis as Accounts Payable Administrator. As an Accounts Payable Administrator, you’ll be responsible for supporting multiple stores and being the main point of contact regarding national supplier accounts. You will follow procedures and guidelines to maintain accurate records, ensure timely reconciliation of accounts to play your part in ensuring the financial health and reputation of the Mitre 10 Cooperative. What You'll Deliver:
Reconcile invoices against goods receipts
Investigate discrepancies and communicate with the stores to resolve
Request credit notes from suppliers
Block/unblock invoices in SAP and hold/unhold in Pacsoft
Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities for process improvements in the accounts payable function. Streamline procedures, enhance automation, and implement best practices to increase efficiency
Processing invoices in Esker when identified as part of the investigation into discrepancies.
Core Capabilities You Need:
Experience with SAP
Proficient with Excel and Microsoft Office
Experience with Pacsoft an advantage
Previous exposure to a medium/large ERP system.
