NPE-Tech 2021,part of the Feisst Group is seeking experienced Field Supervisor who has either a Distribution Line Mechanic or Cable Jointer experience and holds a NZ registration to join our team in our New Plymouth Network Team.

To be considered you will have proven project Supervisory experience in running projects and overseeing teams, forward planning of work, and a thorough understanding of Power Co standards to deliver projects safely, on time and on budget
Key skills and experience include:

NZ Registered Line Mechanic or Cable Jointer. Or able to obtain NZ Registration.
Hold a valid NZ driver’s license. Pref class 2
4 years min work experience with overhead and underground distribution work, preferred on the Power Co network
client relationship management experience
a strong health and safety focus
Awesome testing and fault-finding skills
great communication skills
an eye for accuracy, quality, compliance to standards and take pride in a job well done
confidence in decision making
a professional presentation
experience training and coaching apprentices
experience supervising and directing team members
Sub-contractor Management
