About the opportunity
This is a great chance to join our great Norwood team in Mosgiel. We are currently recruiting for a Field Service Technician to carry out both location-based and workshop servicing and repairs.
You will be working with world class brands of machinery and equipment including Kubota, Landini, Brevi, Horsch, Pichon, Vaderstad and Vredo. You will be fully supported by our dedicated Technical Support Specialists with ongoing training at our own National Training Centre in Palmerston North.
To be successful you will have
- Heavy automotive trade qualification and/or at least 3 years experience in repairs & servicing of heavy machinery
- Strong technical knowledge and advanced skills in diagnosis, repairs and servicing
- High standards of workmanship and ability to accurately complete required paperwork
- Computer skills including the use of OEM diagnostic software
- Great customer service and communication skills
- Excellent work ethic - determined to deliver both a timely and high standard of service and repairs to our customers
You will be required to work a minimum of 40 hours per week within our core business days and hours of Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm, and also participate in a roster to provide on-call support to Norwood customers.
