About the role
This is your chance to join the Norwood team at our Gisborne dealership. We are looking for an experienced Parts Salesperson to contribute to the commercial success of our Dealership through their success in procuring and selling parts while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
You will be:
- Communicating with customers over the counter and phone providing them with parts advice
- Sourcing and supplying parts for agricultural & construction equipment
- Involved with the display and sale preparation of products
- Providing general administration and support for the Parts Manager as required
You will have:
- Previous experience interpreting and selling agricultural/automotive parts is preferred
- Proven sales ability and customer service experience
- A professional manner, both on the phone and face-to-face
- Intermediate computer and data entry skills, ability to quickly pick up new systems
- Ability to read plans and technical drawings
