GENERAL CLERK

  • Candidate must possess at least STPM/DIPLOMA level in human resources or any field.
  • Answer phone calls and emails and take messages.
  • Attention to detail, solid organization and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Failing employee details (socso/kwsp/eis/lhdn/hrdf,contracts)
  • Collect and Register license premis/ csa/beras (outstation work).
  • Familiarity with office processes, including filing, handling mail and directing telephone calls.
  • Computer literate at least MICROSOFT OFFICE, MICROSOFT EXCEL,& WPS
  • Other clerical work such as photocopying , scanning, typing letters and other business documents.
  • Handling the Tenancy Agreement & Apply for TNB & LAP .
  • Handling activate roadtax (van,lorry,car).
  • Mostly prefer hiring clerks who have experience working with office software. Otherwise we will provide training.
  • Working hours 9am-6pm.
  • Working days on Monday-Friday only.
  • Leaves on weekends and public holidays.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Area Langkap.
  • Sosco.
  • Kwsp.
  • Eis.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,500.00 per month
