SYRIAN GENERAL MANAGER

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
o Provide direction, guidance, and support to team members, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.
o Conduct regular performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback and facilitating career development opportunities.
o Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in meeting company objectives.
o Develop, implement, and monitor operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity and quality.
o Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategic plans that align with company goals.
o Analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions to adapt strategies accordingly.
o Lead cross-functional projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and resource constraints.
o Facilitate communication among stakeholders and manage project risks proactively.
o Prepare and manage budgets, forecasting financial performance, and ensuring adherence to financial policies.
o Analyze financial reports and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
o Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, addressing concerns and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
o Monitor customer feedback and leverage insights to improve services and products.
o Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.
o Promote best practices in operational processes and maintain a focus on continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Office Management (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 8 – 10 years of experience in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record of successful team leadership and project management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM5,046.28 - RM20,656.21 per month
Benefits:
