Job Vacancy: General Clerk cum Admin
Location: Wangsa Holdings Sdn Bhd
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: Starting from RM2k - RM3k "Depending on Experience"
Job Description: We are seeking a General Clerk cum Admin to manage financial and administrative tasks for the company. The main responsibilities include maintaining financial records, invoices, financial reports, as well as office administration tasks.
Responsibilities:
  • Financial Tasks:
  • Maintain financial records, invoices, and receipts.
  • Help prepare financial reports
  • Administrative Duties:
  • Organize and file documents.
  • Manage office supplies and schedules.
  • Handle official emails and letters.
  • Record Keeping:
  • Keep physical and digital files organized.
  • Communication:
  • Communicate with staff, clients, and suppliers.
  • Support:
  • Assist other departments with administrative tasks when needed.
Qualifications:
  • Certificate/SPM in Accounting/Administration or equivalent.
  • Experience in accounting or administration (preferred).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
  • Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
