CHEF / COMMIS I

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and create innovative menu items and recipes.
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of kitchen staff, ensuring efficient operations.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Manage food inventory, including ordering and controlling stock levels.
  • Ensure kitchen cleanliness and adherence to health and safety regulations.
  • Train and mentor kitchen staff, providing feedback and guidance.
  • Collaborate with management to develop seasonal and promotional menu items.
  • Handle special dietary requests and ensure food allergies are managed effectively.
  • Monitor and manage food costs to meet budgetary requirements.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
