DEMI CHEF (MALAY (1 VACANT), WESTERN (1 VACANT), PASTRY (1 VACANT)
1. Work closely with his superior to take corrective action for food presentation, taste and quality according to the standard recipes and guidelines.
2. Keep his superior updated with seasonally available meat, fish and products on the local market.
3. Supervise his subordinates and to impart his knowledge to them.
4. Responsible for Kitchen Cleanliness at all times including equipment, utensils, work tables, shelving, refrigerators, cold room, chilled room and storage areas.
5. Maintain high standard of food preparation, presentation at all times.
6. Check on established standards as per recipe cards.
7. Minimize wastage and spoilage of consumable.
8. Maintain and check par stocks in the kitchen.
9. Interest in learning from his superiors.
10. Attend training courses organized by company.
11. Perform any other task as may from time to time be given by his superiors.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
