Follow all relevant unit polices, process , standard operating process is carried out in controlled and consistent manner while driving quality service to stakeholders.
Develop and maintain good relationship and dealing will all governmental entities/ officials such as firefighting, Municipalities, health department, immigration, labor department , traffic department , medical commission , chamber of commerce, ministry of business and trade, various embassies, interior affairs ministry and other governmental agencies to expedite delivery of services and promote a positive image at boutiqaat
Manage all related employees matters and oversee the processing of ministry of labor related matters such as visa issuance, residency transfers / renews, etc.
Ensure compliance with all national and local Labor Laws in order to reduce or eliminate the likelihood of the imposition of Labor related sanctions/fines/penalties against Boutiqaat.
Execute the process of all applications for visas, work permits, residence permits, identity cards, etc. in coordination with employees advising to complete their hiring documents and keep all information confidential
Manage the immigration process to ensure that all new recruits have the legal documentation necessary for processing their immigration and labor requirements.
Ensure that all the government documents like Establishment Card, Civil Defense license, etc. are renewed on the time.
Remain up-to-date and communicate to the concerned parties of any changes in, or introduction of, new laws or rules issued by government to ensure compliance to all policies and regulations.
Guide governmental relation expeditors and lead investigations (as per the criticality of the case) for any cases of breach of contracts, violation of immigration and other pertaining legalities and ensure effective and appropriate resolution
Collect updated employee documents (Iqama, Passport, civil ID Cards, Driving License, etc.) and record the hard copies in the personal files to document personnel actions.
Analyze employee information and personal files as per inquiries and provide information to authorized stakeholders
Responsible for renewing and extracting all commercial and industrial licenses for Boutiqaat company
Finalize the transactions or documents regarding to the General Traffic department services office
Execute transactions included but not limited trade, industry, foreign affairs, health, civil information, etc.
Accomplish municipal, firefighting and customs transactions
Be aware with all notional and local government requirements in all dealing cases with state department services offices
Upload required employees’ documents on governmental systems/website regarding to ministry as per applicable time
Fill all forms as required by government entities.
Execute Processes all applications and prepares documents for visas, work permits, residence permits, ID cards, etc. of employee and.
Responsible for all Government Relations Procedures (Change of Sponsorship, Issuance of new Iqama’s, Renewal of Iqama’s, Iqama Transfers, processing Visa documents, Exit Reentry Visa, Final Exit Visa etc.)
Attestation of legal documents form chamber of commerce
Developing excellent relations with all Government Offices.
Controlling the in & out of documents, passports and generate weekly Task Reports
Proactive and advance notification about any changes in government rules & regulations
Provide reports to management cleanly, and clear format whenever needed.
Handling employees’ daily issues including their different requirements & disputes.
Continuously upgrade of our processes to match new governmental rules & regulations.
Operate social or company insurance in coordination with particular department/agent and support service section.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, or related field.
Min. 2 years' experience in government relations or related field.
Solid understanding of GR process is a must.
Efficient, organized work style.
Proficient in MS Office, internet research and database information systems.
Ability to organize and preserve paper documents.
Effective communication and presentation skills across government office.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently to meet deadlines.
