Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to support the planning, development, and execution of our marketing campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will play a key role in conducting market research, creating engaging content, and contributing to our digital and offline marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management: Assist in the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, print, and other platforms to achieve brand and growth objectives.
Market Research: Conduct research to identify marketing trends, target audience behaviors, and competitor activities, providing insights that help shape marketing strategies.
Content Creation: Help create and distribute compelling content for social media, blogs, newsletters, promotional materials, and websites.
Social Media Management: Support the management of social media accounts by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Design Collaboration: Work with the design team to create marketing collateral such as brochures, banners, and advertisements to maintain brand consistency.
Campaign Analytics: Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools, report on key metrics, and suggest improvements.
Event Coordination: Assist in organizing company events, webinars, and promotional activities to boost brand visibility and engagement.
SEO and Optimization: Contribute to the development and implementation of SEO and content optimization strategies to improve search engine rankings and website traffic.
Website Management: Help manage and update the company website and blog with fresh and engaging content.
Administrative Support: Assist with general marketing administrative duties such as maintaining databases, preparing reports, and handling inquiries related to marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Experience with or understanding of digital marketing platforms and tools (e.g., social media, Google Analytics, email marketing platforms).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to think creatively and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent multitasking and time management skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).
Familiarity with graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
