Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Lighting Project Sales Engineer to lead and drive sales efforts for lighting projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in lighting sales, product specifications, and design knowledge, coupled with engineering background is preferred. You will be responsible for managing large & medium scale lighting projects, from generating lead to order expediting, working closely with contractors, consultant and clients to ensure that our solutions meet their budget & requirement.

You will be responsible for managing large & medium scale lighting projects, from generating lead to order expediting, working closely with contractors, consultant and clients to ensure that our solutions meet their budget & requirement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies for lighting projects to meet business objectives.
- Lead and manage end-to-end lighting projects, including specifications and sales.
- Build strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and clients to promote and sell lighting solutions.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals, focusing on product features and benefits.
- Collaborate with manufacturer to ensure accurate project specifications and customization.
- Monitor and track project progress, ensuring alignment with deadlines and budget.
- Provide expert advice on product selection, lighting design, and industry trends.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with clients and contractors.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for project sales growth.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering is (preferred).
- 8-10 years of Kuwait experience in lighting project sales, with a strong understanding of lighting design and products.
- Established contact with consultants, contractors, and clients and key account management.
- Strong technical knowledge of lighting products, specifications, and industry standards.
- Must available in Kuwait on transferable Visa
- A valid Kuwait driving license is required.
