Visa Counselor
- Client Consultation:
- Conduct one-on-one consultations with clients to assess their visa requirements.
- Provide accurate information on various visa types and the eligibility criteria.
- Advise clients on the necessary documents and the application process.
- Application Assistance:
- Assist clients in filling out visa application forms and gathering required documentation.
- Review client documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure all applications meet the specific visa requirements of the respective country.
- Process Management:
- Track the progress of visa applications and provide clients with updates.
- Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and visa processing centers as needed.
- Address any issues or delays in the visa processing and troubleshoot as necessary.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Handle client queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide aftercare services such as follow-up on application status and post-visa guidance.
- Documentation and Compliance:
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, application details, and communications.
- Ensure compliance with visa regulations and company policies.
- Stay updated on changes in immigration laws and visa requirements for different countries.
- Sales and Marketing:
- Promote the consultancy’s services to potential clients.
- Meet sales targets by converting inquiries into confirmed clients.
- Participate in marketing initiatives, such as seminars and workshops, to attract new clients.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with other team members to provide a seamless experience for clients.
- Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues to improve the overall service quality.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
