Field Sales Executive
- Conducting regular visits to current and potential clients, such as retailers, contractors, industrial companies, or distributors.
- Demonstrating and explaining the features and benefits of various tools and equipment.
- Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building relationships with potential clients.
- Maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring repeat business.
- Developing in-depth knowledge of the company’s range of tools and equipment, including their applications, technical specifications, and competitive advantages.
- Staying informed about new product launches and industry trends.
- Implementing sales strategies to meet and exceed set sales targets and quotas in the assigned territory.
- Collaborating with the sales manager to develop personalized strategies for specific markets or clients.
- Handling pricing discussions and negotiating terms with clients to close sales deals.
- Preparing and managing sales contracts in line with company policies.
- Gathering market intelligence and feedback on customer needs, competitors, and market conditions.
- Providing reports and insights to the sales and marketing teams to guide product development and marketing efforts.
- Ensuring smooth processing of orders from quotation to delivery.
- Following up on deliveries, payments, and after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Providing product training and technical support to clients, helping them understand proper usage and maintenance of tools.
- Troubleshooting product issues and coordinating with the technical team to resolve customer concerns.
- Keeping detailed records of sales activity, customer interactions, and market feedback.
- Submitting regular reports on sales performance, including updates on goals and challenges.
Pay: ₹10,817.48 - ₹31,003.96 per month
