Roles & Responsibility:-
Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, and Emergency Support maintenance of customers for various Honeywell Quality Control Systems.
Troubleshoot and solve system and process related problems.
Perform sensor verification and calibration.
Publish critical reporting to customers including Monthly Performance, Results Reports, Correction Action Reports.
Actively interface with customers at all levels. Ensure customer satisfaction through oral and written communication.
Provide occasional vacation coverage and 7 X 24 emergency support to customer and other technicians.
Should be able to identify problems and troubleshoot systems independently.
Would be responsible to monthly scheduling of all sites.
Would be responsible to identify LSS QCS Business opportunities for spares and migration.
Travel across India around 80% of the time.
Must Have:
6+ years of equivalent experience in areas such as Honeywell QCS platforms, Electronics, Process Control, Experion HMI.
Bachelor’s Degree
5 years of experience using Basic Windows and Microsoft Office experience
5 years of experience maintaining Honeywell QCS Platforms and MD and CD Control packages
Be able to work effectively both individually and with a group without need of direct supervision.
