Applications are invited for the following post purely on CONTRACT BASIS for Three
months only in a SIA project entitled “Social Impact Assessment (SIA) study in Amritsar
for acquisition of approx. 11.12 acres of land of Four villages of District Amritsar for
constructing Mohalke Minor canal, having approx. Length of 9.75 km and approx. 65
feet width” The interested candidates can attend the walk-in interviews, along with their
detailed bio-data and attested copies of requisite qualification certificates and work experience,
in the office of the undersigned on 16th September at 11.00 am.

1. Field/Research Investigator (01) - One post for 03 Months only

Essential qualifications:

i) Postgraduate in Anthropology or allied social sciences subjects with minimum 55% marks
for the General category candidates (& 50% in case of SC/ST candidates).

ii) The age of the candidate should be below 40 years

Desirable qualifications:

i) The candidate should possess knowledge of fieldwork and must be willing to conduct
independent fieldwork/data collection.

ii) Preference will be given to candidates having knowledge of the Punjabi language.

Emoluments: Rs. 36,000/- per month (consolidated)

No T.A./D.A. is permissible for appearing in the interview.
