Ltd. is seeking an energetic and self-driven Sales Executive to help expand our presence in the market. The Sales Executive will be responsible for selling products, meeting sales targets, and developing long-term relationships with customers. Key Responsibilities - Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed assigned sales goals within the given timeframe. This includes planning daily sales activities and reporting progress. - Market Penetration: Actively sell company products to retailers, shopkeepers, and wholesalers in your designated area, ensuring consistent product placement in the market. - Customer Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers, ensuring excellent customer service and client retention. - Business Development: Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling. Maximize sales from both new and existing customer accounts. - Convince and Negotiate: Effectively present the features and benefits of the company’s products, overcoming objections, and persuading potential customers to buy. - Timely Completion of Targets: Ensure that all sales activities are completed on time and in line with the company’s targets and expectations. - Reporting and Feedback: Provide daily/weekly reports on sales activities, market conditions, and customer feedback to help the company understand performance and potential improvements. - Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to provide customers with accurate information. Requirements - Educational Qualification: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or any related field. - Sales Enthusiasm: A strong desire to learn, grow, and excel in a dynamic sales environment, with a positive attitude toward achieving goals. - Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly present product benefits to customers. - Customer-Centric Approach: Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions that drive satisfaction and repeat business. - Adaptability: Capable of quickly adapting to changes in the market or customer needs, while maintaining a high standard of service. - Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and creatively to find new business opportunities and grow sales. - Problem-Solving Skills: Resourceful and able to come up with solutions when faced with challenges or difficulties in meeting sales goals. - Local Resident Requirement: Candidates must be local residents of Rishikesh, Haridwar, Dehradun, or Delhi.
