Telecaller
- Making calls: Make outbound calls to potential customers and cold calls to existing customers
- Presenting products: Explain the features, benefits, and pricing of products or services
- Closing deals: Persuade customers to make purchases or schedule appointments
- Handling customer inquiries: Resolve customer complaints, concerns, and feedback
- Building relationships: Maintain positive relationships with customers
- Documenting interactions: Keep accurate records of calls, queries, responses, and resolutions
- Following guidelines: Adhere to organizational guidelines and communication scripts
- Complying with regulations: Follow all legal and regulatory guidelines for telecalling
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
- Technical support: 1 year (Preferred)
