Visa Counselor
Are you passionate about helping individuals achieve their dreams of studying or working abroad? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Visa Counselor to join our team. As a Visa Counselor, you will play a crucial role in guiding applicants through the visa application process, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing support to make their international aspirations a reality.
Responsibilities:
1. Client Consultation: Conduct in-depth consultations with prospective students or professionals to understand their goals, educational background, and career aspirations.
2. Visa Information: Provide accurate and up-to-date information on visa requirements, application procedures, and immigration policies for various countries.
3. Application Assistance: Assist clients in completing visa applications, preparing necessary documentation, and ensuring submission deadlines are met.
4. Compliance: Stay informed about changes in visa policies and regulations, ensuring all advice given are in compliance with current laws.
5. Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, educational institutions, and embassy/consulate officials throughout the application process.
6. Problem Resolution: Address any issues or challenges faced by applicants during the visa application process, working to find prompt and effective solutions.
7. Documentation Management: Oversee the organization and accuracy of client documentation, ensuring all required materials are prepared and submitted correctly.
8. Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of client interactions, applications, and outcomes to facilitate efficient follow-up and reporting.
Requirements:
- Graduation
- 1 Year experience as a Visa Counselor or similar role in the education or immigration industry. ( Freshers with good commination skills and quick learner can also apply).
- In-depth knowledge of visa procedures for popular study and work destinations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Familiarity with current immigration laws and policies.
- Multilingual skills are a plus.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a commitment to client satisfaction.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
