**Job Title:** Visa Counselor **Location:** Zirakpur, India **Job Type:** Full-Time **Company:** Whitemoon immigration ### **Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Immigration Counselor to join our team in Zirakpur. The successful candidate will guide clients through the complex immigration process, offering expert advice and personalized solutions to meet their needs. This role involves in-depth knowledge of immigration laws and procedures, as well as a passion for helping clients achieve their immigration goals. ### **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide personalized consultations to clients regarding visa options, immigration pathways, and related services. - Evaluate client profiles to determine the most suitable immigration programs and solutions. - Guide clients through the application process, ensuring all forms and documents are accurately completed and submitted on time. - Stay informed on current immigration laws, regulations, and policies, and communicate any changes to clients. - Assist clients in preparing and organizing required documentation for various visa categories, including study permits, work visas, and permanent residency. - Conduct follow-ups with clients to ensure all aspects of their application are progressing smoothly. - Address and resolve any issues or concerns clients may have throughout the immigration process. - Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions, applications, and case statuses. - Collaborate with the telecalling and support teams to ensure a seamless client experience. - Conduct seminars and workshops to educate clients and the public about immigration opportunities and procedures. ### **Qualifications:** - **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Law, International Relations, or similar) is preferred. - **Experience:** Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in immigration counseling or a related field. - **Skills:** - Strong understanding of immigration laws, policies, and procedures. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to simplify and explain complex processes to clients. - Proficiency in English and Hindi; knowledge of Punjabi is a plus. - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. - Ability to handle multiple cases and work under pressure. - Proficient in using CRM software and basic office applications. ### **Key Competencies:** - Client-focused with a strong commitment to providing high-quality service. - Ethical and professional, maintaining confidentiality and integrity in all interactions. - Problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex immigration scenarios. - Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. ### **Benefits:** - Competitive salary with performance-based incentives. - Opportunities for professional growth and development. - Supportive and collaborative work environment. - Health and wellness benefits. **How to Apply:** Interested candidates are encouraged to submit their resume and a cover letter explaining their relevant experience to whitemoonimmigration5@gmail.com Please include "Immigration Counselor - Zirakpur" in the subject line of your email. --- This job description outlines the role of an Immigration Counselor in Zirakpur, focusing on key responsibilities and qualifications to attract candidates with the right experience and skills.
