· Maintain a high working standards and ethics as expected by the Restaurant. · Preparing, cooking, and high-quality quality dishes within the specialty section. · Assisting in creating menu items, recipes, and developing dishes. · Managing and training any Commis Chefs monitoring portion and waste control. · Overseeing the maintenance and the operations of kitchen and ensuring the food safety standards are followed. · Overseeing indoor and open kitchen operations. · Have control of the kitchen area to ensure food quality and the Brand Image of the restaurant is managed. · To assist on other sections or help with other duties when the kitchen is short-staffed, in emergencies, and/or when the number of covers requires · You may be asked to report to any of the other outlets as and when required.
