Key Responsibilities:
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Customer Service: Greet guests warmly, escort them to their tables, and provide menus. Offer recommendations and answer any questions about menu items.
- Order Taking: Take guests' food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring special requests and dietary restrictions are noted.
- Service Execution: Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately, following proper serving etiquette and ensuring correct table settings.
- Upselling: Suggest additional menu items, specials, or beverages to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
- Attention to Detail: Ensure orders are delivered correctly and promptly, and verify guest satisfaction during and after meal service.
- Problem Solving: Address any guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, seeking assistance from management when necessary.
- Payment Processing: Present bills to guests, process payments accurately, and handle cash and credit card transactions securely.
- Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the dining area, including clearing and resetting tables efficiently.
