The steward is responsible for ensuring cleanliness and organization in the restaurant while supporting both kitchen and front-of-house operations to enhance the guest experience at our boutique hotel. Key Responsibilities:
Maintain Cleanliness:
Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, dishware, glassware, and utensils.
Keep dining and kitchen areas spotless and well-organized.
Support Operations:
Assist with inventory management and storage of supplies.
Aid in basic food preparation and set-up/breakdown of dining areas.
