Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
- Provide excellent guest service and maintain a friendly demeanor at all times.
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and neatness of guest rooms and public areas.
- Support other departments as needed to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- 0-2 Years of experience of working in premier resort or Hotel
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management (IHM) or Similar institute will be given preference
- Candidates from Himachal Pradesh given preference.
