We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Guest Service Associate (F&B) to join our team. The GSA will play a key role in ensuring an outstanding dining experience for all our guests by delivering excellent customer service, managing guest requests, and assisting in daily operations within the F&B department. Key Responsibilities: Greet guests warmly, escort them to their tables, and present menus. Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and promptly. Provide recommendations based on guest preferences and menu knowledge. Ensure tables are set properly, and all dining areas are clean and well-organized. Address guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless food service. Assist in the preparation of dining areas before, during, and after service. Handle payment transactions and assist with billing as needed. Follow health and safety regulations, including food safety protocols. Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and pricing. Upsell and promote special menu items or promotions. Qualifications and Skills: Prior experience in a guest-facing role in F&B or hospitality. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. Team player with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering great service. Basic knowledge of POS systems is an advantage. Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality or F&B services is a plus.
