We are looking for a skilled Reservation Assistant to join our team and help us maintain our high standards of guest satisfaction.
#### Key Responsibilities:
- **Reservation Management:** Handle all aspects of guest reservations, including processing, modifications, and cancellations, ensuring accuracy in the reservation system.
- **Guest Interaction:** Communicate with guests via phone, email, and in-person to provide information on room availability, rates, and resort amenities.
- **Check-In/Check-Out Support:** Assist the front office team with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for guests.
- **Coordination:** Work closely with the front office and housekeeping teams to ensure that guest requests and preferences are met.
- **Complaint Resolution:** Address any reservation-related concerns or complaints with professionalism and a focus on guest satisfaction.
- **Record Keeping:** Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and guest feedback to improve service delivery.
- **Sales Support:** Promote resort packages and upsell additional services to enhance the guest experience.
#### Qualifications:
- **Experience:** 2-3 years of experience in handling reservations and front office operations in hotel or resort.
- **Education:** A degree in hospitality management or a related field is desirable.
- **Skills:**
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
- Proficient in Hotellogix and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- **Interpersonal Skills:** A friendly and professional demeanor, with a passion for providing outstanding guest service.
#### Preference:
Candidates from Himachal Pradesh will be given preference in the hiring process.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
